Hello Math Gurus. Ever since I have encountered how to do a scale factor at school I never seem to be able to understand it well. I am a topper at all the other branches, but this particular topic seems to be my weak point. Can some one help me in understanding it easily ?

Dear Friend , don't get tensed . Check out https://mathscitutor.com/quadratic-equations.html, https://mathscitutor.com/factoring-trinomials-by-grouping.html and https://mathscitutor.com/the-pythagorean-theorem.html. There is a tool by name Algebrator offered at all the three sites. This tool would give all the information that you would want on the topic Remedial Algebra. But, ensure that you go through all the lessons intently .

I am a student turned teacher ; I give classes to junior school children. Along with the traditional mode of explanation, I use Algebrator to solve examples practically in front of the students.

x-intercept, radical equations and adding matrices were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is really the best algebra program that I have come across. I have used it through many math classes – Intermediate algebra, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 2. Just typing in the math problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my algebra homework would be ready. I really recommend the program.
