permutations and combinations tutorial is my worst problem. Can some one help me understand it? I am a beginner at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?

I know how frustrating it can be if you are clueless with permutations and combinations tutorial. It’s a bit hard to give you advice without more details of your circumstances . But if you can’t afford a tutor, then why not just use some piece of software and see how it goes . There are numerous programs out there, but one you should get a hold of would be Algebrator. It is pretty handy plus it is quite affordable .

Hi there. Algebrator is really fantastic! It’s been months since I used this program and it worked like magic! Algebra problems that I used to spend answering for hours just take me 4-5 minutes to answer now. Just enter the problem in the software and it will take care of the solving and the best thing is that it displays the whole solution so you don’t have to figure out how did the software come to that answer.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Algebra 1 and Algebra 2. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with trigonometric functions, scientific notation and adding functions. I would simply type in a problem homework, click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
