I am in urgent need of help in completing a project in logs base 2 on ti-83+. I need to submit it by next week and am having a difficult time trying to figure out a few tricky problems. I tried some of the internet help sites but have not gotten much help so far. I would be really glad if anyone can guide me.

I have been in your situation a few years ago when I was studying logs base 2 on ti-83+. What part of powers and proportions poses more difficulties? Because I am sure that what you really need is a good software to help you figure out the basic concepts and ways of solving the exercises. Did you ever try a program like that? I have tried several of those but I have to say that Algebrator is the best and the easiest to use. It's not like those other programs because it teaches you how to solve, it doesn't just give you the answers .

I agree , a good software can do miracles . I tried a few but Algebrator is the greatest. It doesn't make a difference what class you are in, I myself used it in College Algebra and Algebra 1 as well , so you don't have to be concerned that it's not on your level. If you never had a software before I can assure you it's not complicated, you don't need to know much about the computer to use it. You just have to type in the keywords of the exercise, and then the software solves it step by step, so you get more than just the answer.

I remember having difficulties with syntehtic division, solving inequalities and evaluating formulas. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Basic Math, Intermediate algebra and College Algebra. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
