Hi! Our class just started doing a new chapter in math regarding problems on ellipse and I did pretty good for most assignments we got but the latest one my professor gave confusing so I'd love if someone will teach me to understand it! It’s a problem solving homework my math teacher gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried answering it but to no avail . I just can’t finish it with ease unlike the other homeworks . I had an easy time solving my past homeworks but this particular assignment with specific topic of algebraic signs just gives me difficulty just figuring out how to start . I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really be grateful if someone help me in showing the steps and how to solve it in a organized and clear way.
How about giving a little more particulars of what exactly is your difficulty with problems on ellipse? This would help in finding out ways to look for an answer. Finding a coach these days fast enough and that too at a cost that you can meet can be a exasperating task. On the other hand, these days there are programs that are to be had to assist you with your math problems. All you have to do is to go for the most suited one. With just a click the right answer pops up. Not only this, it hand-holds you to arriving at the answer. This way you also get to learn to get at the exact answer.
I would just add a note to what has been posted above. Algebrator no doubt is the best tool one could have. Always use it as a reference and a means to learn and never to copy .
Is the software really that helpful? I’m worried because the software might not really help because it only solves the problem per ?e. I like to learn how a problem is answered and not only find out the answer. Nevertheless, could you give me a link for this software?

I remember having difficulties with inverse matrices, rational inequalities and logarithms. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, College Algebra and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
