Hello all! I am a novice at convert number base and am just about to go mad. My grades are going down and I just never seem to understand this topic. Help me friends !

Algebrator is used by almost every student in our class. Most of the students in my class work in the evening . Our teacher introduced this program to us and we all have been using it since then.
