You really shouldn’t have spent money on a math tutor. Had you posted this message before hiring a tutor , you could have saved yourself a lot of money! Anyway, what’s done is done . In order to make sure that you do well in your exams I would recommend trying Algebrator. It’s a very easy to use software. It can solve the toughest problems for you, and what’s even cooler is the fact that it can even explain how it did so! At one point in time when even I was having difficulty understanding monomials, roots and radicals. But thanks to Algebrator, it’s all good now .

Thanks for the detailed information , this sounds awesome. I wanted something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a software which only solves the exercise and gives the final result, I want something that can really show me how the exercise has to be solved. That way I can understand it and after that solve it on my own, not just copy the answers . Where can I find the software?

A great piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving slope, linear inequalities and midpoint of a line. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Pre Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
