Hi math wizards! I am about two weeks through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to understand the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with addition of rational expressions. Could somebody out there please enlighten me with solving inequalities, complex fractions and radical inequalities. I can’t afford to look for a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of understanding topics like scientific notation or proportions quickly , please get back to me Thank you for your time
It always feels good when I hear that students are willing to put that extra punch into their education . addition of rational expressions is not a very difficult subject and you can easily do some initial preparation yourself. As a useful tool, I would suggest that you get a copy of Algebrator. This product is quite beneficial when doing math yourself.
I would just add a note to what has been said above. Algebrator no doubt is the best tool one could have. Always use it as a reference and a means to learn and never to copy .
Thank you, I will try the suggested software. I have never used any software until now, I didn't even know that they exist. But it sure sounds cool! Where did you find the program? I want to get it as soon as possible , so I have time to get ready for the exam.
