Hi All, I am in need of aid on graphing function, point-slope, trigonometric functions and graphing. Since I am a newbie to College Algebra, I really want to understand the fundamentals of Remedial Algebra fully . Can anyone suggest the best place from where I can begin reading the basics? I remember having often faced problems with graphing function, simplifying fractions and adding numerators. A really great piece of algebra program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Algebra 1, Pre Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I greatly recommend the program.

Thanks for the detailed information , this sounds great . I wished for something exactly like Algebrator, because I don't want a program which only solves the exercise and gives the final result, I want something that can really show me how the exercise has to be solved. That way I can understand it and next time solve it on my own, not just copy the results. Where can I find the program ?
